How do I apply to become a Balmbare affiliate?
Go to partners.balmbare.com, fill in your name, email, and a password, then check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code. Once verified, you'll pick a username — that becomes your unique referral code, link, and discount code.
Do I have to pay to join?
No. Joining is free.
Are there any follower or audience-size requirements?
No. We welcome creators, customers, friends, and family — anyone who genuinely likes Balmbare and wants to share it.
How much do I earn per sale?
40% of the product subtotal on every Balmbare order that uses your code or link. The highest rate in clean wellness.
What's the customer discount?
When someone uses your code, they get 10% off. We pay for the discount — your 40% commission is calculated before that.
What does "20% on referred affiliates" mean?
If you invite a friend to become a Balmbare affiliate using your unique invite link, you earn 20% on every sale they make, for as long as they're in the Program. It's a single MLM tier — we don't go deeper than that. It rewards you for growing the community.
When do commissions "clear"?
30 days after the order date. The 30-day window lets us account for refunds and chargebacks. After that, commissions are locked in and eligible for payout.
What happens if a customer refunds an order?
If the refund happens within the 30-day clearance window, the commission is reversed. Once a commission is cleared and paid, refunds don't claw it back from you.
When do I get paid?
You can request a payout any time you have $50 or more in cleared commissions. Payouts typically arrive within 5 business days after you request.
How do you pay me?
Through Tremendous. You can pick PayPal, Venmo, direct bank deposit (US), gift cards to thousands of brands, or cryptocurrency in supported regions. You'll set up your preferred method in your account settings before your first payout.
Are there fees?
Balmbare doesn't charge fees. Your payout method may charge its own fees — for example, PayPal might take a small percentage. Choose the method that minimizes fees for your location.
Do I need to pay taxes on my commissions?
Yes. You're an independent contractor, so your commissions are taxable income. If you're in the US and earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we'll send you a Form 1099-NEC for your tax filing. International affiliates may have different obligations — check with a local tax advisor.
How does Balmbare know a sale came from me?
Two ways. (1) Your referral link tags customers when they click — sales they make in the next 30 days get credited to you. (2) Your discount code is unique to you, so any order using your code is automatically attributed to you regardless of how the customer arrived.
What if someone uses my code AND clicks someone else's link?
The discount code wins. Whoever owns the code used at checkout gets the commission.
Can I use Balmbare's logo and product photos?
Yes — we'll add them to the Materials tab in your dashboard. Use them as-is. Don't modify the logo or make misleading derivatives.
Do I need to disclose that I'm an affiliate?
Yes — this is required by US law (FTC Endorsement Guides) and similar laws in other countries. A simple line like "Use my code BLOOM10 for 10% off — I earn a small commission when you do" works.
Can I run paid ads on Google for "Balmbare"?
No. Bidding on our brand name (or close variations) in paid search is prohibited. You're free to run paid ads on other keywords related to wellness, ingredients, or topics that lead back to your link.
Can I post my code on coupon sites?
No. Your code is for your audience — submitting it to RetailMeNot, Honey, or similar aggregators is a violation of our Affiliate Agreement.
I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. We'll email you a one-time reset link that expires in 30 minutes.
Can I change my username?
Usernames are locked once set, because changing one breaks every link and code you've already shared. If you absolutely need a change, email join@balmbare.com and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
How do I close my account?
Email join@balmbare.com from the address linked to your account. We'll pay out any cleared commissions and close the account. Per our Privacy Policy, we delete most personal data within 90 days, but keep financial records for 7 years as required by law.
