These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Balmbare Partners portal at partners.balmbare.com (the "Service"), operated by Balmbare ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By signing up, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at join@balmbare.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person. We may suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.

Your participation in the Balmbare affiliate program is governed by the separate Affiliate Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of Balmbare or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by the Affiliate Agreement for promotional use.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails from us — account verification, password resets, payout notifications, and important program updates. These are essential to operating your account and you cannot opt out while your account is active. Marketing emails are sent only with your separate consent and you may unsubscribe at any time.
You may close your account at any time by emailing join@balmbare.com. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or any reason we determine in good faith. Unpaid commissions earned in good faith before termination will still be paid in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access, and we are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balmbare and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the total commissions you have earned through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Balmbare harmless from any claims, losses, or damages — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
